Shipping, Freight & Delivery Info
● We provide FREE domestic shipping for all standard orders over $59.99 of Javasticks in
the continental U.S.and a flat rate of 5.99 all orders under $59.99 all ship (via USPS
First Class Mail or UPS Ground). USPS First Class Mail International does not offer
global tracking information and international shipping is at an additional cost thats added
to your invoice.
● Canada 13.99 flat rate Shipping Javasticks: On any order. You can also order directly
from our Canada website.
● Packages returned back to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by you will
be given a PRODUCT REFUND only if shipping was paid for or the actual shipping cost
will be deducted from your payment if shipping was free and or included.
● We are not responsible for any Javasticks products/packages or items lost during transit
or if it has been tracked as delivered. Customer service may call you if items are out of
stock or to verify some details if or as needed.
● Normally orders will ship out ASAP within 24-48 hours from the purchase date complete.
Holidays and weekends not Included. Items not in stock will be backordered
automatically but not charged. Packages will ship out automatically as scheduled unless
stated otherwise.
● Cancellations will be accepted only if items have not been shipped. If they have been
shipped you will need to return items unopened at your expense and a credit less
shipping cost will be applied to your credit card or account.
● Javasticks orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next
available business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will be processed the
following business day.
● We will select the best method for shipping which may include split shipments or
upgraded shipping at our discretion at no additional cost.
● Timely delivery is subject to the Terms and conditions of the Service shipping provider/
carrier. Please note unusual circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters,
holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and we can not be held responsible.
● The customer (you) will be responsible for any import taxes,duties charged by the
country we are shipping to or you live in and any additional shipping related fees,
charges. These charges may vary from country to country. Please contact your local
customs import office for proper information.

● All orders are subject to our acceptance and can be canceled at anytime.
● We can not be held responsible for any additional costs or beyond the total original order
placed by website or phone. By your order placement you understand and accept this
procedure and its terms. Our decision and resolution to any situation is final. You may

● Any order may be placed on hold at our discretion for further security verification if
information is found to be fraudulent or incomplete.

Refunds
● We offer a unconditional money back for any quality issues or damaged
products. Shipping damages do not apply. They may need to be claimed with
carrier. Incorrectly shipped items or missing items will be credited back or resent
at your approval.
● All refunds or credits will be handled as quickly as possible usually with in 1-5
days but credits may not show up on statements until the following month.
● All decisions are decided by Javasticks and are final.

Exchanges

● If for some reason you need to make an exchange. Please contact us
ASAP. We will help facilitate that to your satisfaction.
● All exchanges will be accepted only during the first 14 days of receipt of
the order.
